The amazing things that listening to classical
music does to me.
Honestly, I’ve always been into the songs that are consistently
playing on the radio, you know 102.7 Kiis Fm top 20 countdown on Saturday
mornings, haha. But in the past couple of years I started listening to a lot of classical music; Beethoven, Nuvole and different symphony’s. It amazing how
open I feel, how, although these were written Hundreds of years ago it speaks
to a part of me I didn't know existed. Whenever I feel overwhelmed or there too much
going on in my mind, and I’m on the edge of a nervous breakdown, I stop, take a
deep breath and then put on some Beethoven and relax, let the music take me to where it wants to go. The different instruments, keys and all the emotions brought to the
music, this beautiful creation of art, that has helps to guide me and frees me from
the materialistic things in life. I once read about since classical music opens
up different parts of your brain because it’s so complex and I thought “
whaaaat? Gimme some of that”. And slowly it became something I do on a daily
basis. Especially when I’m reflecting on my day, and I remember that everything
is perfect; all the good and bad, because its bringing me one step closer to
where I’m going. I believe that each day you should take at least 10 minutes out of your busy schedule and reflect, also give yourself the love and attention it deserves. I think that, us as humans, beat ourselves up for the little things we've done wrong but what about all the things we've done right? Take the time to love yourself, cherish the moments that make you smile.
I know that this might be your cup of tea, but I thought I’d
share the magic I feel ( lol, so many feels).
Try it and see how you like
it.

are beautiful and you are amazing.”
